Trío de música experimental cibertropical con base en Tenerife, formado por Gonçalo F. Cardoso, jefe del sello portugués Discrepant y los veteranos de la música electrónica canaria Daniel García y Mladen Kurajica, miembros de proyectos como Tupperwear, Salétile o las diferentes encarnaciones de GAF. El primer álbum de Lagoss (Imaginary Island Music Vol.1. 2020) fue internacionalmente aclamado y catalogado como exótica adulterada o future island folklore en los medios como BBC radio (UK), RAI (IT) WFMU (USA), Blow Up Magazine (IT), ToneGlow (USA) o ChainDLK (DE), entre muchos otros. En su breve trayectoria han tenido la oportunidad de llevar su directo a ciudades como Amsterdam, Bruselas, Oporto, Lisboa, Madrid, Barcelona, Glasgow, Bristol, Berlin entre otras y tocar en espacio consagrados como Cafe Oto de Londres o el Museo MAAT de Lisboa además del Festival Keroxen de Tenerife. En 2023 editan el segundo volumen de Imaginary Island Music inspirado en la isla de Tenerife en el que cuentan con la colaboración del productor palestino Muqata’a y el americano Spencer Clark, considerado uno de los pioneros de vaporwave.

Cybertropical experimental music trio based in Tenerife, formed by Gonçalo F. Cardoso, head of the Portuguese label Discrepant and Canarian electronic music veterans Daniel Garcia and Mladen Kurajica, members of projects such as Tupperwear, Salétile or the different incarnations of GAF. Lagoss’ first album (Imaginary Island Music Vol.1. 2020) was internationally acclaimed and catalogued as adulterated exotica or future island folklore in media such as BBC radio (UK), RAI (IT) WFMU (USA), Blow Up Magazine (IT), ToneGlow (USA) or ChainDLK (DE), among many others. In their short career they have had the opportunity to take their live to cities like Amsterdam, Brussels, Oporto, Lisbon, Madrid, Barcelona, Glasgow, Bristol, Berlin among others and to play in venues such as Cafe Oto in London or the MAAT Museum in Lisbon as well as the Keroxen Festival in Tenerife. In 2023 they released the second volume of Imaginary Island Music inspired by the island of Tenerife which count with collaborations from the Palestinian producer Muqata’a and Spencer Clark, considered one of the pioneers of vaporwave.
